  • 1 ¾ cups protein rolled oats
  • 1 ¾ cups unsweetened milk (of your choice)
  • 1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • lemon zest of 1 lemon
  • Graham cracker crumbs (Trader Joe's Cinnamon Graham Crackers)

Instructions

Oats Mixture
  1. Mix these ingredients, cover and refrigerate: 1 3/4 cups protein rolled oats, 1 3/4 cups unsweetened milk (of your choice), 1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp pure maple syrup, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 3-oz cream cheese
Strawberry Mixture
  1. Combine the following ingredients: 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced or diced, 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional), lemon zest of one lemon
